Medallion Field
Medallion Field is a mobile application that allows construction employees to see their assigned job tasks for the day, to view job data like selected options and change orders, material lists, and attached documents like job start requests and mini-prints. The field employee can record time against employee specific pay types, approve time punches, update job task status, take job site pictures, and report any job problems or issues.

Medallion Field Manager
Medallion Field Manager is a web and mobile application that allows construction managers to view job tasks starting today and in the future. The manager is able to assign or re-assign foreman, crews, or subcontractors to scheduled tasks. The manager can see who is currently working and what job they are currently working on. At the end of the day, the manager can approve or adjust timeclock entries and update task statuses.

Medallion Service
Medallion Service is a mobile application that allows service technicians to see their assigned service calls for the day and to see service request information and instructions. The service tech can view service history, notes, pictures, and other documents. The service tech can clock in and clock out of the service order and the hours are immediately recorded in the company database. The service tech can record notes and take pictures while working on the service order.

Medallion Subcontractor
Medallion Subcontractor is a web and mobile application that allows your subcontractors to see their assigned job tasks and allows them to request a change to the assigned date or time. The subcontractor can clock in/out of the task and can update the task status. The subcontractor can also view job information like builder, lot, plan, elevation, square footage, and options. The subcontractor can take before and after pictures to show task completion and submit any problems or issues that need to be addressed.

Medallion Warehouse
Medallion Warehouse is a mobile, barcode scanning application that handles all aspects of warehouse inventory management. The application allows issuing material jobs by job tasks and issuing material to service orders. Medallion Warehouse also allows material transfers between warehouses and facilitates inventory cycle counts by barcode scanning.

Medallion Contact Manager
Medallion Contact Manager is a web and mobile application for any company manager or employee that wants to use the activity calendar but does not need access to the full Medallion Office application. Contact management features include the users personal activity calendar and contacts list. Users can add new contacts and activities, update contact and activity notes and statuses. Contact and activity updates are immediately displayed in Medallion Office.

Medallion Timeclock
Medallion Timeclock is a web and mobile application for any company manager or employee that needs to record pay hours but does not require any of the other applications that already have timeclock built in. The employee can clock in/out of employee specified pay types. The system displays daily regular, overtime, and double-time totals. A weekly timecard summary show weekly totals and allows the employee to approve the timecard for payroll processing. All time entries are in the Medallion Office timeclock and timecard screens for payroll final approval and processing.

Medallion API
The Medallion API allows other applications to communicate with Medallion and process transactions or updates in the Medallion database.
